Privacy policy
This policy explains what Funded Windows & Doors (“we”, “us”) does with the information you give us when you make an enquiry through this website. We are the data controller for that information and we handle it in line with UK data protection law.
Last updated: July 2026.
What we collect
When you complete the enquiry form we collect the details you provide:
- your first name and last name;
- your email address;
- your telephone number;
- your postcode; and
- your answer to whether you own your home.
We also automatically record marketing attribution information so we understand which advert or link brought you here. This includes the campaign source, the medium and any search or campaign terms, the web address you arrived on, and advertising-platform click identifiers (for example gclid from Google or a value derived from fbclid from Meta). These values are stored in first-party wml_* cookies and in your browser’s local storage — see our cookie policy for details. Your device’s IP address and browser user-agent may also be recorded for security and fraud prevention.
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
We use your details to progress the enquiry you made — matching you with a suitable local installer and arranging your free home assessment and quotes for new windows and doors. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to the request you made.
We will contact you by telephone about your enquiry. This telephone contact is directly related to the application you made through this site — it is how we and your matched installer arrange your assessment and provide your quotes. It is not unrelated marketing, and we do not sell your details for unrelated marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
Where your enquiry qualifies, we may pass it to one matched local installer so that they can contact you directly to arrange your home assessment and prepare your quotes. We share only what the installer needs to do this. We may also use trusted service providers (for example secure hosting and communications) who process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry details for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. In practice this is normally up to 24 months after your last contact with us, after which the information is securely deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also ask us not to contact you further. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
How to contact us about your data
To make any of these requests, or to ask a question about this policy, you can:
- reply directly to any email or message we send you; or
- use the enquiry form on our homepage and ask for your message to be passed to our data protection contact.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
